Trash Collection Policy

1. No trash and/or garbage container or recycle bin shall be permitted to remain in public view except on the days of trash collection and should be stored either in garbage or in the rear yard. The Association shall determine and publicize the days of trash collection.
2. Containers shall not be placed for pickup at the appointed locations (curbs) prior to 6:00 p.m. on the night prior to pickup and must be removed the evening of pickup.
3. Owners requiring special pickups (ex. sofas, tables, appliances, etc.) must contact the trash removal company directly to schedule the pickup.
4. Each Owner, guest, invitee or tenant is to keep trash in a trashcan or other suitable container with a tight fitting lid to prevent animals from getting into trash and for the prevention of blowing debris and litter into and around the neighborhood.
5. Each Owner, guest, invitee or tenant is responsible for picking up litter on their lot, or from the surrounding area if the trash has spilled from their receptacle.
