As you all know, Hurricane Irene is expected to make landfall this weekend. While the exact track is unknown, it is extremely likely that your community will experience heavy rain and winds this weekend. You should anticipate potential disruptions in power and water service as a result of this storm. Please contact your local providers if you experience disruptions in service. As Management, we request that residents of your community remove objects from outdoor areas which could be moved by potential hurricane force winds. This includes deck furniture, grills, bikes, potted plants, etc. that could cause damage.
Based on the severity of the damage, it is possible that trash pickup and other contracted services may be delayed or postponed.
