Now that the Fall season is upon us, the Association would like to remind residents that Palmer's Property Maintenance is providing group rate services to members of our community. It is the Association's goal to encourage compliance with the Association's covenants and governing documents and assist in maintaining property values; and as such, the use of professional landscapers may offer an alternative to those residents who are too busy to perform yard maintenance on a regular basis.

Please note that the attached offers are contracted directly with Palmer's Property Maintenance. The Association assumes no responsibility, is not a party to the contract and receives no gain from offering this program. If you are interested in contracting Palmer's Property Maintenance for maintaining your landscape, please complete the contract appropriate for your home style.
